Jordan Love (the store manager, not the Packers’ QB) was super helpful and friendly. I made multiple trips to the store and tried on MANY pairs of glasses, and she was always kind and patient. Also, the store was very well organized and clean. I visited multiple eyeglass stores, but this is the only one which thoroughly cleans the glasses each time they’re tried on, before putting them back on the display. The service was amazing the staff was Quick to help and very friendly. Prices are amazing. Overall will continue to give them my business. Plus one Time I stopped in with glasses i got else where and the employee fixed my glasses and tightened up the screws and stuff just to help amazing place. Will tell snyone needed glasses to go here.
When I received my glasses they hurt my eyes so bad that I went to another eye glass store to verify the prescription from Stanton Optical. The 2nd prescription was so different that I ordered another pair of glasses from them. My new glasses are great. Stanton Optical will never see another dollar from me. A refund would be offered by a legitimate business.
Don't be fooled by cheap advertisement. I ended up paying 300 for 2 pairs of glasses, and that is with my insurance. After all, my plastic frame is falling apart, not because I drop them or jam them, the cracks appear by itself, and then one day when you put them on they just fall apart, they dont last even a month. So the first time I came with my broken glasses, they replaced my frame, and said I have a warranty for one year.
