Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review with them. I'm newer to contacts, and the first place I went to get them was here about a year ago. When I went to order more contacts on the 12th of this month, they informed me they would be in the following Wednesday or Thursday of that week. So Thursday comes around and I call to see if they came in, and according to whoever I spoke to the company has them on back order and they have no idea when they will be in. This place used to be very well organized, a couple years back, but recently I had an exam, and they didn't have the temporary lenses to go along with the exam . I was informed they would have to order them. When I received the temporay pair they were two different brands one being a one a day and the other being a two week lense. Jenna being one of the managers gave me the wrong temporaries. I could have damaged my eyes, thinking both were two week lenses,when one was a one-a-day pair. False advertising. They advertise a special of 2 pairs of glasses and an eye exam for $79.99 and somehow for mine I end up paying over $700!!!!. And no explanation given when I questioned them about the so called special.I feel robbed. Don’t be misled by this gimmick. You’re never going to actually get the $79.99 deal. It doesn’t actually exist. It’s their way of getting you in the door only.
They are super kind and professional. I had excellent experience in there.
