I think what you guys do is amazing I see so many people in and out of there and sometimes I don’t know how you keep your patience. But you have been such a huge part of saving my life I don’t know what I would’ve done without you guys. Decent service up front but they have one worker who is just completely disrespectful. My wife called to find out why this person wouldn't fill her script and he very dismissively and arrogantly told her "it's not that I can't fill your script, I just don't want to." My wife was in tears (7 months pregnant by the way) and I attempted to speak with the man I can only assume was the owner and instead of hearing what I had to say he attempted to scold me for giving his business a bad review on the internet and didn't really see... read more
This is my idea of what a pharmacy with excellent, honest pharmacists and staff can do for positive healing. If you use a big chain, I hope you are lucky to have found one with good leadership and nice people. The pharmacists don't get their due respect IMHO in big chains so frequently are 'transit.' (i.e. Have to move around often. Sometimes they seem like 'contract staff' not employees.) I love and appreciate my Staunton-Negley! xo
The best customer service! The pharmacists have gone above and beyond for me on a number of occasions.
My family and I was in town over the weekend to watch the Steelers play, and needed a prescription transferred from our local pharmacy in Tennessee. All the other pharmacies in the area was still closed so I ended up at Stanton-Negley, dealing with Ray and Myer. I never expected to find that small hometown pharmacy in the big city of Pittsburgh.
