I was more than satisfied with the service provided by the two reps (Eric & Matt) today on my three bedroom ranch. They were friendly, professional and quite proficient. They worked diligently and were quite carful with whatever had to be moved. I had used this service before and would do so again without hesitation.

Rob and Joe really eased my anxiety about the foreclosed property I bought. The previous owner had FOUR INDOOR DOGS and the carpet showed it.. They worked efficiently and although I'm too embarrassed to show the before pictures all I can say is they worked miraculously... Now my child can play in the playroom!

We called and had an appointment in less than 24 hours. Matt and Nick worked quickly, thouroughly and cheerfully. I also had my two year old running around and they were very patient and understanding as I tended to him and then they tried to be so quiet when I put my son down for a nap. Just overall great guys and awesome workers. They got tough stains out that I’ve been working on for months. I’ll definitely be requesting them when we need our floors done again in the future.
Ryan and Matt did an excellent job! The carpet looks and smells fantastic, and they were extremely courteous and helpful in providing tips to help the carpet stay looking this good. Jeff, the owner, made multiple contacts to ensure the time they were going to arrive was convenient and to check up on the satisfaction of the visit, once they were finished. I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer and this crew in particular to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned!

Nick and Julio did a great job. They did my whole house in an hour. They pretreated stains and also did a deodorizer. Plus cleaned and sealed my tile entry way. They were polite and professional.
