I booked on Friday to have My carpets cleaned on Saturday. It was no problem! The time window was from 11 to 2 and they arrived at my home at 11:20. No waiting! I had five rooms and the staircase to be done and they were in and out of my house within an hour and a half. Ryan and Matt were fabulous! So nice and so professional. My carpets look amazing. I would definitely use them again!

Brian and Corey arrived promptly following a text that they were on their way; introduced themselves and quickly got to work leaving my old carpeting as if new. Pleasant, professional experience.
Furniture Co. delivered furniture an crew brought in mud on there shoes and made a mess of carpet. They told me to Call Stanley Steemer and they would pay for it. I did and S.S. were there the next day and did an outstanding job. Ingrid did the work in a timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with the work and price. Thanks

Had Eric p and Ryan b here today . they were the best at what they do . they removed some blood spot a off of my carpet with no problems and gave some great tips on how to maintain my carpets . I will deffinatly have them back again

Just tried to book a cleaning for two very small rooms and a hallway in my vacation house. One of those rooms is a kitchen. I was told that I would have to pay double for the kitchen. I have been using SS for years in my primary residence and never heard of such a thing. I booked with another company and SS has lost my business for good. The kitchen is no more than 150 square feet.
I will definitely be calling again!!! Ryan and Dean were amazing!!!! They were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations of getting my dads house clean!!! Thank you so so much for all you've done!!
