They were very professional. They text when they were on the way and actually showed up earlier than expected. The carpet came out great! They took their time and worked on the traffic areas.
I am so pleased with the quality of work by Stanley Steemer’s representative, Bobby, whose thoroughness gave my tired old couch new life. He also cleaned new chairs with equal care. I was even thinking it was time to replace, but his hard work will let me save that money for now. I would certainly not hesitate to call them again. Thanks for the quality work.
Marcus and his associate were very professional and nice. They were very informative on the process and very respectful. They did an amazing job on our carpets and got them looking and smelling brand new. I would definitely use them again and request Marcus be the one to come out and perform the services.
