My carpet looked the same after cleaning as before. The crew explained because I chose a light-colored carpet, they couldn't restore the foot traffic area to its former hue. In other words, it was my fault. Steemer chemicals appear to be no better than consumer grade products. The crew could have warned me, but then they would have missed out on a $225 job.
The two workers arrived right on time and immediately got to work . They moved the chairs and table back and began steaming the carpet. When they were finished , they left everything to my satisfaction . They were very polite and very hard workers . I have another job scheduled for them in two days .
