The guys were nice and they arrived on time, but my carpets look pretty much the same as when they arrived. They told me it was wear and tear. Maybe it's true; I'm not convinced. UPDATE! The company saw this review and took the initiative to contact me. They sent another crew and I even got a visit from the boss. They were amazingly helpful and made a big improvement, although they were right that much of the problem was due to wear and tear on a what was a cheap carpet to begin with.
