I previously valued Stanley Steamer, now find them to lie to their customers. The technician told me he wasn’t allowed to move beds, missed 1/4 of the bedroom. Found that to be incorrect. If I can push the bed fairly easily so can a young man. I asked for the floors in closets to be cleaned, didn’t do 2 of them. I have a small table in my bedroom, didn’t move or clean under or around at all. I had all rooms prepared, It’s sad. Customer service everywhere suffers these days.
