Technicians were very polite and professional, but my complaint is that my credit card was billed twice and once I called the office and spoke with Patrica she informed me that they noticed that and has credit my account which will take 2-3 days, after noticing I have more transactions pending and and this will place my account NEGATIVE she stated she had no control over how long it take to process. Absolutely!!!! Austin and Jimmy were AMAZING!!!! Timely and flexible and helpful with rugs and furniture and my hardwood floors look awesome! But above all else, they were kind and so pleasant! Very refreshing and highly recommend them! Great job guys and super job to whoever hired you!
Dee and Justin just came and cleaned our carpets in a home we recently purchased. They were absolutely fantastic! They went over and beyond to get out stains and ensure that we were satisfied with the work done. They had great manners and were very cordial. We are so pleased with how clean our carpets came out. Austin and his partner cleaned and deoderized our carpets today, and we are so pleased with the results. Our carpets look great and the house smells refreshed. We thoroughly enjoyed their work and they were a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely be calling them in the future when we need our carpets cleaned again.
Technician Dee Olsen saved us from replacing the carpet in our new home. He worked harder than any professional carpet cleaner we have worked with during our ten years of military moves. Not only was he professional and courteous but he was the kindest person we have met since moving to Alabama. It is rare to meet people who genuinely care about the quality of their work. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer, especially Dee Olsen.
