The man who cleaned our tile was Victor. He was polite, courteous and professional. He did a great job cleaning our floor and the grout. While not cheap, the price was competitive. The charge for the cleaning was $447. And Victor spent just a little over three hours on the floor. Before Victor left, I noticed that on two outside corners, the paint had been scored likely by the the large suction hose. I always use Stanley Steemer and have always been happy. I had a new tech today who was very courteous and did a great job. Only issue as I walked down my hallway after he left, I found a chunk out of my bull nose corner and paint hanging off the wall, which the tech did not tell me about. I have put in a call for a Supervisor. Was told I would hear back in 15 minutes, that was over an hour ago. Very disappointing as I have been a long time customer and have their maintenance agreement.
