Carpets are no better looking than an hour before the cleaning. A colossal waste of time and money.
Carpets were in terrible shape, but now look almost new. Very pleased.
The truck was at my neighbors house-- i went over and asked if they could squeeze me in!! They did, and did a great job!!
While they were on time they failed to give a 20 - 30 min heads up before arriving. They called and said they were on their way and then showed up 5 mins. later. They did a great job on my carpets but didn’t move any furniture such as sofas, chairs and ottomans. So my carpet did not get cleaned under those pieces in the 5 rooms I had cleaned. Stanley Steemer came today and did an incredible job reviving and renewing both rugs and cushions in a hairy-dog household! The technician was on time, courteous, and extremely hard-working, out there in the sun! Results are fantastic...we can't thank you enough!
Joseph was not only personable, but thorough. Although this was just an interim cleaning for me, my carpets look NEW! He explained everything he hoped to do and accomplished it!
