Very pleased with the cleanliness of carpet and tile floors. On time and professional / personable service. Not 5 stars, only because I have particle board baseboards, and due to some excess water, some minor damage. Not anyone's fault, but the technician has to be very careful. Otherwise, 5 stars and i will use again regardless.
Great cleaning as always. Carpets dried quickly and look like new. Very happy with the quality of the resuts.
I have used Stanley Steemer for carpet for years. They have always done a excellent job. May be the techs I get but they were very good.

Called Stanley Steemer to clean grout but all the tech did was put on a liquid and vacuum up. Bad job. Very disappointed.
