On time, clean and well mannered employee. I was surprised to learn all I did about the care of my floor and the best outside mats to use. I have always preferred to buy and use recycled products but now I know that these are what has made my floor dirty. So now out with the old and in with the new Stanley Steemer ones. Thank you!
My service was unacceptable. My leather sofa did not get cleaned completely. It appears that some of the cushions were not cleaned at all. I mentioned before my service that I had very dirty carpet and that the high traffic areas needed pre-treatment or special care. I was told this would be taken care of at no charge. it was not. fast, courteous service. My mattress looked like new. However, the drying time was off - it was still wet & I ended up sleeping on my sofa; but still, happy with the job!
