Used your service for many years. I waited for carpet to dry and for the first time the odor of a nasty gym locker is apparent. areas that were of concern to me were not addressed as they were in the past. Up to now I have recommended you service. This is no longer true.
Very prompt. Explained fully what they were doing and made recommendations based on our needs. Very friendly. Worked quickly. Moved and replaced furniture exactly in the same place. Carpets look wonderful!
When I made our appointment (first) I was not asked did I need grout cleaned, I thought was part of the service. NO, it is not as an employee who could not speak in good English told me of all the services offered. How was I supposed to know what to ask? The same man broke one of my figurines as they did not feel they needed to remove anything off my cabinets. Also broke our hose when they used our outside water source. They are always prompt. Furniture and carpets always look really clean when they leave.
Did an excellent job cleaning our floor tile, area rugs, and fabric furniture. Will definitely use them again!
My carpets were in very bad shape, little old dog urine and after they cleaned them they looked great. The first crew came and had a very negative attitude about getting them clean so they sent me another crew who were positive and did a good job.
