Techs arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My carpet came out great. It had pet stains but they were able to get it looking fresh again. Very helpful with information regarding how to treat future stains. Will definitely recommend Stanley Steamer to my friends.
The tech come to my door with a attitude. He went to the first room to be cleaned and roughly said this will not come out. I just asked him to do his best. He had a attitude the whole time he was in my home. When I asked about the carpets still looking dirty he informed me that they were old carpets and would not get clean. I used Stanley Steamer about 9 months ago and that guy was great He went out of his way to do a good job. The carpets looked great. This is why I called them back. What a mistake.
