They were on time, courteous and efficient but more importantly the carpet is CLEAN. This is a rental and I was not too hopeful because it was very DIRTY, but I'm very satisfied. I have used Steemer before but this was the best experience yet. I will definitely call you again and I will ask for Mr. Miguel Pagan because he made the whole experience pleasant and satisfactory!
They really did a poor job on the carpet but did a little better job on the dining room chairs. Even so... I doubt if I will use them again.
We had them come in and clean our kitchen tile floor along with a bathroom and entry way. We also had them paint and seal the grout between the tiles. The effort resulted in flooring we can be truly proud of. Thanks !!!!
They did a very poor job - still left spots on the carpet and the tile looks no better than before. Most importantly, they COMPLETELY overcharged me. They moved NO furniture, cleaned one sofa, four chair cushions, and an ottoman, and only cleaned fewer than 800 square feet of carpet and tile in my condo and charged me $656.55. I was charged TWICE for some things and was supposed to get a 50% discount. They credited $32.66 BEFORE the $656.55. I will NEVER use them again! I am very pleased with the job they had done on my carpet and the couch. The crew was very professional. I would recommend them to anybody who needs professional carpet cleaning.
Stanley Steemer came to our house promptly and professionally. They quickly made our rugs look better than I thought possible! I will definitely call them again when our rugs starts to show more wear and tear.
