I like working with local companies. I tried to call ahead to give the crew directions forToo much finding my place since it can be tricky. There was no local number. I called two different numbers that were wrong. Finally found a local number that I called, but as it turns out it was a central Stanley Steemer number located out of state--India perhaps? I had my carpets cleaned today. Three rooms for $99. We upgraded a couple things and long story short they said it would be $230ish when I went to pay it was $330ish and I asked for a receipt and have NOT gotten one. So I am very upset. I would have never gotten the upgraded things if it was going to be that expensive. The service was amazing and my carpet is so much better. I just feel a little taken advantage of.
We have four kids and they made our carpets look NEW! The staff that cane were great and polite. (Greg and Anton). We added on three more cleans over the next 18 months. I really recommend them!
I had top notch service from Stanley Steemer. Shaun was one of them and cannot remember the others name. It was great interaction with this Team
They didn't spot clean certain spots before steam cleaning, had to have them spray and go over walkways again. Some areas of the carpet were dry and some where very wet not sure if they were sucking up the excess water in certain spots. Also everything is an up charge if you wanted it deodorize or a protector. Carpets look, I guess OK but they don't smell fresh!
