Just had my carpets cleaned and tile and grout done. They were personable, efficient and it took a lot less time than I thought it would. They did a great job.

Showed up early in the time window they provided. Very thorough in describing their services and providing caveats on what they could and couldnt promise for the auto steam cleaning they did. reasonably priced and very easy to work with in scheduling and the field guys as well
Stop rushing though the job and do it correctly. I've used Stanley Steamer for a long time and lately there doesn't seem as though there is any pride taken in the work that is done anymore. Last visit the workers did 2/3 of my hallway carpet instead of just letting me know that it would cost a little more to do that size hallway. That was very unprofessional.
Forgot to take my 10% discount t coupon. Hope I can get it refunded.
They did a GREAT JOB!!!!! Professional, courtious, and thorough. I will deffinitly use them and recommend them for Vent and Air Duct cleaning. It was well worth the price.
