Cliche` but so true...you've tried the best now try the best! We've used other "less expensive carpet cleaners...we got what we paid for. We always end up coming back to Stanley Steemer.
I recommend Stanley Steemer because of their great work ethic and excellent customer relations. They communicate to customers (in terms of what they need to do a great carpet cleaning job) and listen carefully also to customers concerns. The crew arrived on time today and went right to work on our carpets. They did a fantastic job. The carpet cleaning, for three rooms with a crew of two carpet professionals, took less than an hour. The crew was polite and courteous. My issue is paying $174 (after coupon) for 23 minutes of work. I spent more time vacuuming the family room, hallway, and 3 bedrooms.
Very courteous My mother was very pleased moved as much stuff as possible We may have 100 years of stuff. The young people were from D.C. and Pennsylvania. The young man was the most experienced They even left rugs out to dry. Good job Stanley
Arrived on time. Completed work in a reasonable amount of time. The carpet looks and feels wonderful! They are miracle workers! We are renters in this house and the carpet should have been replaced years ago. Stanley Steamer removed stains that were here when we moved in over a year ago. I have used them for years and they are always very professional and on time. This time was no exception! The techs were great. One suggestion, however, is that they should wear show covers when coming in the house. Especially when the weather is as bad as it has been lately!
