Arrived on time. Completed work in a reasonable amount of time. The carpet looks and feels wonderful! They are miracle workers! We are renters in this house and the carpet should have been replaced years ago. Stanley Steamer removed stains that were here when we moved in over a year ago. I have used them for years and they are always very professional and on time. This time was no exception! The techs were great. One suggestion, however, is that they should wear show covers when coming in the house. Especially when the weather is as bad as it has been lately!
They were on time and were so professional. They cleaned 5 rooms of carpet including moving some of the furniture and cleaning a couch and a love seat in less time than I expected and the room look outstanding considering the carpets were over 10 years old. I may do spot cleaning from now on but they will have my business for the rest of my life. Thank you
They are the best we have had in our home. They are experienced to the max and do an amazing job. With all of the rain we have had they recommended that we put the thermostat in a certain place for 2 days and we helped our drying with our own dehumidifier. The carpets look and FEEL awesome. They will be back soon to do the other two rooms and all of our Persians. We will have no one but Stanley Steamer do our home.
