Colby and John were awesome! After some confusion with my appointment they showed up and did a beautiful job. I had read recently where SS could clean your dryer vent. Not only had my sister been bugging me about this (18 years in my house and never done) a friend on FB had a horrible fire because of the dryer vent being clogged. This company always tries to up charge you after they give you a quote over the phone, even if you give them exact measurements. The crew was extremely rude and cleaned three bedrooms, two sets of stairs, a closet, a hall and 600 sq ft in the basement in one hour. We had to pay in advance due to selling our home. After talking to a supervisor, she said there was nothing she could do. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
This company is wonderful. The technicians are prompt, professional, and courteous. My carpets looks like new and dry quickly, no waiting for a day or more to put up with damp carpeting. Thanks! I will continue to use your company.
