Get honest employees to work for them
We had two rooms and a hall done today to maintain our new carpet warranty. Michael was prompt, courteous, explained many options available to us for cleaning, deodorizing and protecting and gave us a demo on wood cleaning in addition to the carpet cleaning we had scheduled. Great job and we will definitely use them again.
Biggest joke I've dealt with in a long time. I will be going to another company after what I just dealt with. Contacted your company via text to get a quote. Decided to do it. Scheduled on friday for 10 am on a Sunday, odd but it is COVID 19 so ok. Saturday I get a text. Can we reschedule, its easter? We'll still come if you want. I have my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer several times a year...We live on an acreage and have dirt tracked in on a regular basis. In addition to our dog running around! I am always pleased not only with the wonderful results but with the excellent customer service. Your representative today, Leo, was exceptional and I will not only call Stanley Steemer back but I will ask for Leo again! He did great work and was very conscientious about doing it all right and to my satisfaction!
Alex did a great job cleaning the light-colored carpet on our stairs, our hallways and our bedrooms! He worked quickly, was professional and polite!
