The teck that came to my house was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. He was here for also 2 hours and cleaned the stairs, a hall and one room. The carpet looked great when he finished. He gave me the option to have more services added on, but was very gracious when I declined. I highly recommend the Parker Stanley Steemer.
