The work done by your crew was just what our carpets needed. They were efficient and the results were awesome. Thought the carpet would be a little dryer than it actually was but nevertheless it looked way better than before your service.

The difference in time on task couldn't have been more stark. The previous cleaning took time with pre-spotting and then a meticulous steam cleaning. The service I received was unsatisfactory this time. The first time Stanley cleaned my carpet, which was last year, the guys wore covers for their shoes, the ones who recently cleaned did not. Also, the high traffic areas the recent cleaners claimed would be hard to get out, were cleaned perfectly by the two guys who came out last year. I really didn't expect a half done job. I am sorely disappointed.
Very timely, efficient and speedy; however, I was told my trunk was included in the $80 car cleaning, but nothing was cleaned except the carpet and inner roof. My drivers carpet was still quite dirty; I think a car wash would have done a much better job. I didn t have time to see this before they left. The door handles and cup holders were filthy.
