They did an awful job, 1,2 & 3 they were done. My carpets looked better before they so called cleaned them. If you need your carpets or title floors cleaned go with anybody other than Stanley Steemer. Brenda Nikkila
They were good! I had to go back and get rid of a few stains they missed! I was able to do that, as they were old stains from Pop from my Grandson! However in general, our carpet looks so much better! We have a wedding coming up, so I was quite relieved at how quickly Stanley Steamer was in coming to our house within days of making the appointment!
We recently had Stanley Steemer clean carpeting at my mom's home. They were very fast. The carpeting is clean. However, they did not put protective plastic under the legs of several pieces of furniture. And they damaged the top of an antique dresser in a second floor bedroom. I did not notice the damage since I was looking at the floor to check their work while they were there. Then we went out of town (and let the carpeting dry undisturbed). Yes the carpets are clean with the exceptions of of few spots that are still visible. My only complaint is the price quoted was lower than the actual charge. I know they always upsell it’s their job not good for future call backs.
2 words - NEVER AGAIN !!! overcharged and I called various times - NEVER got a call back from a manager - worst customer service EVER !!!
Just had 3 rooms cleaned by them and it only took 1 hr. Then they cleanes the tile floor in the kitchen and sealed the grout and that looks the best. Both stairs were left soaking wet, spots on the carpet were soaking wet. After sucking up water off of 6 steps, it filled the waste tank on my portable cleaner.
