We were extremely pleased with the cleaning they did this morning. We had some very stubborn stains which they were able to successfully remove.
Very good experience. The men (Marko and Mario) were very professional and took the time to let me know exactly what they were going to do and other options which I appreciated.
They were fast efficient, courteous, and multi-tasked. Good job!

We called Stanley Steemer at 8:00 am and had two techs, Austin and Terrance, come out by 2:45pm the same day to clean our carpet. They were both very professional and did an excellent job. They were the best. We will ask for them again.
I have been using Stanley Steemer for so many years I can't remember when it started. They have always done a great job, are always polite, explain the procedure, let me check it before they leave and the price is always what I expect. As far as additional charges, I have always been asked beforehand if I want a certain additional cleaning. I realize this is an upsell on their part and they are just doing their jobs. They performed services that I did not request when I booked the appointment. They never told my husband there would be an extra charge for these services and then they gave us a bill for $367 more and told us we were responsible for it. I can’t get anyone to call me back about this despite several attempts and now they’ve sent it to collections. What a nightmare!
