They arrived when they said they would therefore there was no waiting around all day for them to show. Very informative and did not add on anything o didn’t need or try to talk me into things I didn’t. Very satisfied.

I had a great experience with having my couch, loveseat, & recliner cleaned. Chris & TJ protected everything before they started, worked hard the whole time they were here, & cleaned up when they finished. My furniture looks brand new! The final total was exactly what I was quoted. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!
I had Stanley Steemer at a house today and I felt that the tile cleaning was excellent, the gentleman that where there were very professional and polite and did a very nice job I will highly recommend.
They arrived within the time they said they would. The technician, Alan Arias was very friendly but professional. He explained everything he was going to do and then he did it and did it very well. We are very pleased with the results.
I called Stanley Steemer today at 1:30 to ask about a coupon I had received in the mail. After taking to Lyle and agreeing on a price for 2 rooms and a staircase I asked when they could perform the service, Lyle asked "how about this afternoon?"!! At 3:00 technicians Travis and Kyle showed up and quickly and efficiently did the job. Very friendly, polite and professional. I will be calling them back to do the rest of the house soon, and then to clean the ducts!
What a wonderful experience having Mike and Cameron come out and clean our couch. Their attention to detail was second to none. Our vintage couch has been restored to “brand new” condition. In addition to their exceptional work was a great attitude and conversation that gave the cleaning a personal and comfortable feel. These two definitely understand customer service and satisfaction. Will be using this team for all of our needs in the future!
Their pricing is misleading or I would give 5 stars. We had carpets cleaned to move into a new rental after rental company failed to do it. Called on a Friday & they were here Sat. Morning. Prompt, Courteous, diligent on old stains. I will definitely have them back in about a year!
