I booked my appointment for November 4, 2019 for the hours between 8am-12pm. The technician whose name I won't disclose did perform my service. However, he informed me that my bedroom and living room would cost the charge of two rooms. Also, when I noticed that my $25 was not applied (a promo running at the Richmond Hill Stanley Steemer office) he informed me that it was in fact taken off, which it was not! I have used this location for over 2 years now. They always do a great job. Only the bedrooms have carpet. Always great work. This time I had my sectional and chase cleaned. I must say the technician did a wonderful job. He worked hard on the sectional. Great job!
I called Stanley Steamers on Thursday morning, 8/22/19 and promptly received a quote and appointment made for Friday, 8/23/19. Tony and Will were very pleasant, courteous and efficient. In about 3 hours my floors were clean and they were out of here. This was my first time using StanleySteamers I highly recommend them. Thanks guys, for a job well done. Dianne and Ed
They came out to my home last Saturday and when they left my carpet looked the exact same way. They were absolutely HORRIBLE! They didn't use a stain fighter...the same spots that was there before was there AFTER they left. I ended up using my own carpet cleaner to remove the stains. When I complained to the manager, he sighed heavily on the phone so I discontinued my useless conversation with him. They are not what they used to be.
