Matt and Ross were the guys that cleaned our carpets today and I have to say that not only did they do a fabulous job, Matt was a joy to have around. He was so knowledgable about what he was doing and offered a lot of good conversation and information about our carpets for the future. It was just a plus that he took a little extra time to love my dogs and make my 5 year old daughter laugh! He assured us that we would be satisfied and we definitely are! We will be calling again in the future.
