The technicians arrived on time. They were friendly and got right to work. My mother has a white rug which was anywhere from grey to black due to her walker and the countless people in and out all winter. This was our second time using Stanley Steemer on that rug and both times the rug was restored to like-new. We were amazed at the results. I would never let anyone else ever touch my rug! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone!!
What a great team! We were dealing with water damage in the laundry room, kitchen and bedroom. They responded quickly, showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and most importantly are quickly restoring us back to a dry and comfortable home. They were able to come at two days' notice, and arranged to arrive 30 minutes earlier than they normally work to be especially helpful to me during a difficult personal time. They did careful, thorough work. The techs were professional, polite and friendly. The carpets look great. The pet deodorizer was very effective as well. No more doggy smell in my house! Highly recommended.
