Scott, our technician arrived on time with a smile and ready to work! He was focused on his job, knew exactly what he was doing, and we had a great outcome with the cleaning of our tile and grout. This was my first time using Stanley Steemer for my carpets. He did a great job, paid attention to detail, worked on a few harder stains and was a very pleasant, hard worker. Carpets look great! I would recommend and use again!
2025 Update: Still the best!! Same white carpet looks brand new! John arrived on time and did a fantastic job! Def recommend Tazewell Pike location! They arrived when they said they would, asked questions to evaluate how to best clean my carpet, and performed the job in a professional manner! My carpet looked fantastic when they left and I couldn’t be happier! Very nice, very knowledgeable, 5 stars!!
