Chris and his helper (sorry, I forgot his name) were great. These guys are always so courteous and professional. I highly recommend!
Called to inform me they were running ahead of schedule. This put us behind schedule so they went to lunch and when returned we were ready for them. Both Chris's were very friendly. They explained what doing and showed concern for our safety. They did a good job and carpet looked much cleaner. It did not take them long.
They were on time and polite. BUT, there was no furniture to move and they told me not to worry about the small stains cause they would come right out!!! The STAINS started showing up the very next day and each day they become more and more noticeable... Not very happy!!!
