Very pleased with recent service and absolutely love Dr. Siu's staff - they really help make it a pain free, seamless experience.
I didn't think that anyone could actually fill Dr. Kussmans shoes but Dr. Siu has done it!! After Dr. Kussman he is probably one of the best Dentist I have ever experienced. I tend to panic in the chair but he keeps you so calm, explains everything step by step and is so gentle. The entire staff is great! I highly recommend Dr. Siu and his staff to everyone!!!!!
My husband was recently referred to Dr. Siu, whom he raved about. As I was looking for a new dentist as well, I too, decided to try Dr. Siu. He is wonderful!! I was so impressed, in fact, by his professionalism, calm and happy (yes - happy!!!) demeanor, that our three children (ages 9 - 15) are now his patients as well!! I strongly recommend him as a honest, caring, and friendly dentist. He doesn't push or try to sell for business purposes. He does explains well, taking his time for each individual patient.
I had my first experience with a broken tooth with Dr. Siu last week. I was nervous. I actually went online to read reviews about him before my appointment. I was relieved when I read that Dr. Kussman spent several months making a decision about who would take over his practice. And then I read comments from others who felt as nervous as I, but were very pleasantly satisfied. They understood and addressed my concerns at every step. He and his team are outstanding. I travel from east of the Berkeley Hills just to see them - and will keep doing so for such outstanding care.
I was in today for a routine cleaning, and the care that was dedicated to it was great. I was struck by all of the transparency during my check up both from the hygienist and Dr Siu. Both were very careful and caring in their examinations. I think they really strive to understand the state of play of my dental health. Siu gave me his assessment in a clearly understandable and compassionate way. He didn't try to over sell a procedure.
I am so glad he chose Dr Siu, if anything, I am now even more relaxed about dental work after Dr Siu put in two new fillings in January 09. He was articulate and empathetic at every step of the way - and I am very high need. He talked me through it all, and he did in a wonderful manner.
