Arrived unannounced to apartment building with no itinerary or timeframe for testing.
Absolute worst experience with this security company!!!! Services in the last two years cut out for unknown reasons and we were charged over $300 each time they send someone out to troubleshoot issues that were supposedly fixed in previous service calls. When I reached out to them regarding extreme dissatisfaction in service and to notify them that we were entertaining their competitors and would like to give them an opportunity to propose a different or upgraded system the Sales department bot reached out twice asking the s... read more
Very personable, always easy to work with though they can sometimes struggle with time.
I think they need to drug test their employees that are working in the installation part of this company , we had a really BAD experience with a installation technition named Doug he acted like he was on meth very sketchy person and very paranoid .
