Dr.Bykov is an amazing doctor. He takes his time and works well with his patients. Never had an issue with him. I would definitely recommend him as an ophthalmologist.
He is the best doctor I ever seen. If you can't wait that is your problem. But he is the perfect doctor and i don't care about waiting time.
Worst experience ever!!! The concept of appointment doesn't exist. Patients are waiting for hours. The FATHER of Dr.Bykov treating patients and takes their patches off wearing jeans and not using gloves. He has no right to do so. He is not a nurse, he has no medical training. He is rude and obnoxious, he screams and curses the patients, he doesn't allow patients to ask doctor any questions. Doctor, if you don't have time to talk to your patients, maybe you choose wrong profession. Greed!!!
Love this doctor! He treated my rheumatoid uveitis and saved me eyes. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Very good doctor. I liked that he was able to explain to me why I was having the issue that I came with. He explained what my issue was and gave me alternative options on how to deal with it. My number one fear is that I won't understand what the doc is saying when explaining things in medical language. I feel that this doctor is different, he cares that I know what I my issue was. Thank you Dr. Bykov, will be coming again for sure!
Was seen by Dr. Bykov on many occasions, wonderful doctor! Takes his time seeing each patient. Super professional staff. Dr Bykov is knowledgeable in his craft. He will answer your questions in great detail. Each time I have visited his office I am greeted by front desk who accommodate me and help me with my issues. I have been going to see Dr. Bykov for years! I have nothing but good things to say about him. Highly recommended!
STAY AWAY!!!! Unprofessional doesn't even come close to describing this office.
