After reading some good reviews about the doctor and I was trying to make an appointment as a new patient.. but for the first time ever received an unexpected and rude attitude from the front desk that simply hung up on me. I asked a question about plugs and was extremely kind, but they didn’t know the answer. Even after I called back, they just hung up. I dont usually leave bad reviews, but this was just so odd…. To receive such a disrespectful behavior out of nowhere

I had an excellent experience at this office from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, everyone at the front desk was welcoming, polite, and helpful. The technicians who performed the different eye tests were also very professional, patient, and attentive. They explained what they were doing and made the entire process comfortable. Dr. Stanley is one of the best ophthalmologists I have ever seen. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire staff is also wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience from the moment you walk in.
