We were verbally quoted one fee structure (equipment used, number of hours for each piece of equipment), but we were charged a rate on a different fee structure (number of gallons of water removed). The price was more than three times what we were expecting. It was an emergency situation, and they asked us to sign an acceptance of the agreement on an iPad, but the terms were not completely visible. When I received a copy, the fee structure was not on the document. Make sure you get estimates in writing, on paper.
Stanley Restoration did an awesome job in our home after a water leak. Things were packed up quickly and carefully and stored for us until we could return to our home. Two months later, they returned our belongings and were very thorough and friendly with our requests as things were carefully unpacked. Jessica and Seth were amazing and so helpful! We would recommend this company very highly!
This company lies about finishing their work. Never did a walk thru! They also would bring unauthorized people and kids into your house while you're not there. If you have camera inside they would unplug it so you can see what they are doing. When report there is missing items they would play the blame game on you and your kids!!! The people is unprofessional! They damage your property and if you don't have camera to catch them they will denied that they did it!!! If anyone want to used this company should think twice!
We called Stanley Restoration for emergency aid on the morning the temperature fell to 5 below. We had three broken pipes and water flooding our downstairs. Stanley responded in a reasonable time, disregarding the poor weather and driving conditions. The timely response was key to restraining the spread of flood damage. When they came to look at the storm damage, the technician said we needed several things dried out after a pipe burst. We asked for a price estimate. They said they would bill us or the insurance. When we were adamant that we wanted to know how much they were charging, they said they were not doing estimates now. Then the technician said the work wasn't necessary and to contact a contractor.
