Waited 2 months for appt. Said he was an immunologist but couldn't answer any questions. Instead, called up my primary dr to ask why I was there and that I had an immune problem. Embarrassing and a waste of time.
This 'doctor' ignored everything I told him, went to the phone to call my primary dr to ask why I was at his office. Couldn't answer even one question and he said he was an 'immunologist.' In what world? Why could he not have taken me seriously? I was in great pain and discomfort. Huge disappointment. Staff was not particularly friendly either.
We did an allergy test, and I had the results right then and there. He spoke to me about what we were going to do. He spoke to me on how to handle my issues later on. He definitely knows his stuff.
I had a very good experience. Everyone was professional and nice.
The staff was great. They really cared about me.
Everyone was very nice answered questions ,and explained thing very well.
Brought my Kindergartener to see Dr. Fineman. I was pleased with the efficiency of the office and his bedside manner.
Dr. Fineman is patient, kind and full of wisdom. He does not rush your appointment allowing you to fully understand the problems and the solutions. I highly recommend!
The office staff was wonderful, but Dr. Fineman was condescending, curt, and dismissive. The list that he gives of substances to refrain from prior to scratch testing is not complete if one looks on other allergists' websites. He did not review, nor care about, decades of history and made many false assumptions which could cause me actual harm if I were not so educated myself. He provided no help or relief whatsoever.
