He has a horrible personality, a great clinician, and when I came to him once in November 2018 he badmouthed my previous doctor, who retired a year ago, consistently. His testing policies are an obvious money grab, and in a letter terminating our relationship, he tries to make a psychological diagnoais stating I should see someone for issues. He may be a good doctor from a strictly medical view, but he and his office have no empathy or etiquette, and do not care about customer service.
Excellent doctor and human being. When no one else would listen to me, he did. He helped me when I was in a ridiculous amount of pain and showed compassion. Highly recommended!
Dr Stein is an uncaring Dr. do not go to this Dr!!! I went for a second opinion, his assistant asked me a couple questions, then he came in reprimanding me "what are you doing here if you have seen 15 doctors why do you think I can help you" "do you think I am your knight in shinning armor?" "you don't even understand" He didn't get the whole story he was the 2nd not 15th dr and he didn't care enough to get the facts to see if he could help
I love Dr. Stein and his staff! Made me feel at ease and he is very straightforward!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Stein for over a decade now for treatment of Crohn’s disease. He is very good at what he does. I trust him and would Recommend my family to him.
I set an appointment with Dr. Stein's office, having to find a new doctor after mine retired. The staff was professional and operated in a timely fashion. My interaction with Dr. Stein was pleasant. He knows his profession and at the same time, displayed a good sense of humor. My colonoscopy was carried out the following day and the staff at the hospital was polite and respectful. I would gladly recommend Dr. Stein without hesitation.
Dr Stein was good letting you know what colonoscopy procedure was going to entail and the wait in the office was not long.
Dr Stein performed a colonoscopy for me in Jan. of 2017. He found no polyps. I continued to have problems and sought a second opinion. The second doctor performed another colonoscopy in April, and found two polyps. I would not recommend Dr. Stein to anyone.
