I have been going to Dr. Stein for years and thoroughly recommend his medical competence and approach. His office team can be somewhat impersonal and off-putting.
Love him, he is the best!
My wife and I have always had an excellent experience with Dr. Stein. Clearly he knows what he is doing but in addition he is kind, compassionate and truly cares about his patients. We wold go nowhere else and appreciate Dr. Stein immensely.
Dr. Stein is fantastic. He is experienced, and takes time with his patients. He spend at least hour with me during my last week visit 8-19-2020. He get bottom to it and review your medical history before any suggestion. Great doctor.
Was very ill and Dr. Stein and staff were able to schedule me in very quickly. Dr. Stein was very thorough during both examination and explanation of what was going on. In addition, Dr. Stein took the time to completely explain the treatment regimen and why. Not only did I receive great care during my office visit, I also received a follow up call from Dr. Stein in 48 hours to insure I was feeling better. I would highly recommend Ft. Bend GI to anyone.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Stein. He is an excellent doctor. I was having pain from a gall stone something I wanted to avoid dealing with. Before I went to Dr. Stein I was trying to avoid the pain by not eating things that aggravated th problem. I delayed seeking treatment because I was afraid of surgery. When I finally called Dr. Stein's office they got me in to see him immediately. He got me scheduled for an ultrasound that very day. I have seen a lot of doctors, good and bad. I saw this doctor in 2018, and again in 2019 after my gallbladder removal surgery. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and a good listener. He didn’t dismiss my symptoms like most doctors did or tell me “it’s in my head” and looked at me as a whole. Even though this was outside of his field, he figured out that I needed to see a rheumatologist. I saw one & got diagnosed with arthritis and several other issues. Initial visit was good and they quickly got me set up for an ultrasound. Once I got the results they immediately said they would schedule me for surgery. I asked if there was an alternative. They said they would give Dr a message. He called me back and basically washed his hands of me if I wasn’t going to do what he said. I had no opportunity to ask questions.
