Awful service department. Took my truck to get the turbo replaced. They said it would be a 2 days job and is has now been over 9 days. During the repair, they dropped a bolt into the turbo, meaning they had to take the truck apart again to fix their own mistake. Was told constantly that I would be getting “updates”. Everytime I would call they kept saying, “It will be done tomorrow”. I expected professional service but instead there were delays, poor communication, and excuses.
