Visits to UCI are like nothing else I have ever experienced. From scheduling an appointment and everything else cannot be easier. I believe all patients would agree that they are recognized as a person and not just a number.
It was a pleasant and informative appointment with Dr. Cho on {patient PHI removed}. He was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently. His assistant who did the preliminary checkups were also very efficient and courteous. The facility was clean and the waiting area was comfortable.
Hi, I love my experience with UCI house and I would like to continue as long as I can. My doctor of awesome. The doctors I've had their have all been great. The thing I would say is that even though I have insurance because of the facility fees and the extra cost of going there, I am having to make payments FOR months because of how expensive it is even though I have good insurance. Dr. Cho did a great job of getting to the issues, very quickly. This has been a huge help. I finally have some answers I've been looking for for 3 weeks.
