The care I had with Dr.Dajczak Was fantastic. I was released from Therapy with Great Improvement and have had no issues at all since.
Everything was terrific and everybody was peaceful and respectful. Dr. Dajczak is a miracle worker if you ask me. I have more use out of my shoulder within the last 2 months since surgery than i have in the last 10 years. Thank you Blanchard Valley Orthopedics
The receptionist is really sweet and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I had a few obstacles to over but had support through those obstacles and recieved great treatment.
Dr.Dajczak has done a good job with plan of care. His PA and NP does very well with explaining things and following up with me routinely to assure a good recovery

Dr.Dajczak did a really nice job! I have minimal scaring and very happy with the turn out.
I was able to have both knees replaced with a great outcome and i would highly recommend Dr.Dajczak for care. He committed that i would return to work in a certain amount of time and my care went so well that i was able to return to work and normal life as he promised.
I actually tracked down Dr.Dajczak due to seeing him in a past office in Defiance. I was so pleased with the service i had recieved I didnt want anyone else. I now travel to recieve care from Dr.Dajczak and his staff because of my great experience and treatment I've recieved. Highly recomend
