My lawyer just disappeared from the firm with no forwarding information and I can’t get them to refund my retainer so that I can get a new lawyer. It’s incredibly hard to get ahold of an actual person. It’s been a horribly frustrating situation.
Kim Kessinger has always been honest and up front. Makes it super easy to work through any problem. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a good lawyer.
I do not recommend this law firm at all. They will charge you ridiculous fees for minimum work completed. I started, did not even get past the first 2 weeks and this law firm charged my credit card without my authorization or knowledge of doing so a total of $17,384 in 16 days! Stay far away from them, they will not give you detailed billing and when you are supposed to be refunded it’s not the right amount.
