Shameful cancellation policy!! 85 year old veteran grandfather of a Stanford grad is not allowed to cancel a room reservation, over a month in advance. Staff was rude and uncaring. Who ever manages and owns this place has some soul searching to do. If anyone is in need of a room for 2017 graduation, we have one we are being charged for and paying full price for that will sit empty. Let's make a deal.
