It is a great place
Got a referral from Pediatrician. Person called and left a voicemail with a 844 number to call to make an appointment. Called and was on hold for 21 minutes and 40 seconds and mentioned that to the person who came online and she just hung up. Stanford Children's admin/scheduling department could use some help to improve their patient/customer experience.
My daughter was seen by therapist Dorothy Fung today. She is great. She allowed us to stay, asked questions and did a great job to get my teenager open up. She gave her “homework” to help her strengthen her back.
My 12 yo son went there for an adductor strain he got playing soccer. They are very organized, great with kids, Dorothy and Charlie are great!
