Completely botched my bills. After 6 months of calling and emailing they still can't figure out how to read a EOB. The customer service is atrocious. I called in to a representative named Monica with the insurance statement on hand to show how inexplicably wrong they are with billing, yet she refuses to hear about it or look at it, shut me down and told me to email their service department instead.
