I was at Stanford Immunology clinic for my Osteoarthritis and chronic pain. The staff is very cordial. Narian (receptionist) is awesome, patient and helpful. Dr. Jison Hong is exceptionally good! She is warm, attentive and takes her time listening to my needs. She explained to me my options. She even went to see me on the day she wasn't suppose to be in the office. I just returned from Stanford Hospital following a 5 day stay for a reverse shoulder replacement operation - a petty tricky procedure. The surgery went fine, and two days later I was feeling no post-op pain; that almost never happens in my experience. But the staff noticed that the anesthesia used during the operation had impacted my lung function, and Stanford's respiratory experts spent the next three days getting my lungs in better shape than they've been in years.
