Stanford's Pain Management Clinic is anything but. The only people they are interested in helping with pain issues are cancer patients. If you don't have cancer don't expect any help from them. I have complex chronic pain issues and have been in severe pain since August when I had surgery to repair a broken foot. I was referred to SPMC by my surgeon and they have refused me any kind of pain relief. Today they finally offered me trigger point injections which I gratefully accepted.
