Billed an urgent care visit as an ER visit and now causing major headaches with insurance.
It will be wise for you to stay away from them. If u insist with going there, you will receive two sets of bills from them, one for doctor, and another for facility!!!
The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and organized. The doctor had a great bedside manner! Long wait, but that is to be expected at an urgent care facility.
