I was told to undress in the imaging room instead of the dressing room. I was told by Rhonda (who did a quick & lousy job with my imaging) that she was off at 4:30pm and her company does not like to pay overtime. My appt. was scheduled at 2pm on the same day for the 4pm cancellation they asked me to fill. I was never told I would be rushed, disgraced, and not given grace if I were a few minutes late.
